The present invention related to a fermentated material comprising (a) l to 20 mg of equal and (b) 0.05 to 2.5 mg of at least one genistein compound selected from the group consisting of genistin, malonylgenistin, acetylgenistin, genistein and dihydrogenistein per l g of the fermented material on a dry weight basis and a food pharmaceutical, or cosmetic product containing the fermented material.
