A new and distinct Sansevieria plant named ‘SUPSAN1603’ which is characterized by the combination of a compact equitant growth habit, a broad obovate plant form with a very slightly spiraling aspect, broad succulent foliage which is terete and axially ribbed, decurrent leaf bases with prominent light yellow-green margins, dark green foliage with light greyed-green radial bands, and the stability of all characteristics from generation to generation.
