PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function reinforcement method obtained from a walking support outfit being more natural and having a high walking support effect during walking and to provide the walking support outfit.SOLUTION: Volume-increasing tools 26, 26 are placed in fall prevention pockets 5, 5 of a waist attachment outfit body 1, the volume-increasing tools 26, 26 are fixed on a rear face of the waist attachment outfit body 1 with a male surface fastener 28 and fixing pieces 30, 30, and the waist attachment outfit body 1 and thigh attachment outfit bodies 12, 12 are worn on a body. After that, male surface fasteners 23, 23 of a thigh suspension elastic belt 21 are attached on a female surface fastener 7 of the waist attachment outfit body 1 and female surface fasteners 16, 17 of the thigh attachment outfit body 1, respectively. Furthermore, the thigh suspension elastic belt 21 is pressed with pressing pieces 3, 14 so as not to allow the thigh suspension elastic belt 21 to be peeled.
