The present invention relates to a nutrient solution supply system having a filtering device, comprising: a raw water tank (10) a mixing tank (30) in which a raw water from the raw water tank (10) and a nutrient solution from a plurality of nutrient solution tanks (20) are introduced and mixed and a plurality of automatic irrigation valves (40) in which the nutrient solution mixed in the mixing tank (30) is irrigated through an irrigation tube, wherein the raw water in the raw water tank (10) is introduced into the raw water tank (10) through a filtering device from an underground irrigation pond by means of an irrigation water suction pump. The filtering device (200) comprises: a cover (210) which has an inlet (211) through which the raw water is introduced from the raw water suction pump a precipitation unit (220) which is joined at a lower part of the cover (210) and separates the raw water and foreign materials a filtering unit (230) which is joined at a lower part of the precipitation unit (220) a foreign material storage tank (240) which is joined at a lower part of the filtering unit (230) and stores the foreign materials removed in the precipitation unit (220) and a discharge outlet (212) which is formed so as to pass through a top surface of the cover and allows the raw water from which the foreign materials are removed to be discharged into the raw water tank (10).
