Although the portion of the component (P) is detached from an attached medium, the front end side of the component is more stably supported on the placement surface of the component support. Also, in this device, through a simple transfer stop control of a transfer part (20), a portion of said component (P) is mounted on the placement surface (30a) in the state in which the portion of the component is detached from the mount (12) at the corner (23).
