A pair of gripping frame members are hingedly connected together at one endthereof.Cooperating rollers are rotatably coupled to the gripping members adjacent thehinge there-between.The rollers are positioned adjacent one another whereby a uniform space iscreatedbetween the parallel, aligned surfaces of the rollers which are adapted toreceive flexible fluid-filledtubing connected to a blood donor bag. When the gripping frame members arepositionedadjacent one another, the aligned surfaces of the rollers will fully compressthe surfaces of thetubing. Opposed crimping heads coupled to the gripping frame members areadapted to crush asecuring clip disposed about the tubing thereby sealing the fluid-filledtubing when the heads arepositioned adjacent one another.
