Disclosed is a pet collar which consists of an elongated body (10) and a regulating component (20). The inside surface of the body (10) is provided with an elastic contacting layer. One end of the body (10) is provided with a plug (11) and the other end is provided with a ring (12) through which the end can pass. The length of the regulating component (20) is less than the length of the body (10). One end of the regulating component is fixed to the outside surface of the body (10) at a certain distance from the ring (12), and the other end is a free end extending to the ring (12) of the body (10) or near the ring (12). The regulating component (20) is provided with, along the length thereof, a plurality of sockets (21) used for correspondingly connecting to the plug (11). In use, the one end of the body (10) passes through the ring (12), and the plug (11) is inserted into a certain socket (21) of the regulating component (20) to be fixed. The present collar can be regulated to any length. The neck of a pet is always surrounded by PE foam, which can make the pet comfortable by feeling the PE foam 360 degrees around its neck.
