<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain received signals with better SN by allowing only signals with a desired frequency to pass. <;P>;SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging system is equipped with a magnetic field generation system to give a subject static and gradient magnetic fields, a transmission system to irradiate high-frequency magnetic fields to cause the magnetic nuclear resonance of atomic nuclei constituting the subject's organic systems, a reception system to receive nuclear magnetic resonance signals discharged by this nuclear magnetic resonance, a signal processing system to make image reconstruction operation using the received signals received by the reception system, and a CPU to control the entire system operation.
