The present invention relates to a novel analgesic agent useful for treating pain. BLT2 agonists have been shown to desensitize TRPV1 mediated signal transduction in sensory neurons. Accordingly, the present invention provides a BLT2 agonist as a novel pain medicine. A further aspect of the invention relates to a combination of a BLT2 agonist and a BLTl antagonist for treating pain in a subject. Furthermore, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition and a kit comprising the novel analgesic of the present invention.본 발명은 통증 치료에 유용한 신규의 진통제에 관한 것이다.
