PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of providing a stable potential therapeutic effect even at low outdoor temperature or the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is provided with a shared line 31 which functions as an electrode line and a heater line and a counter electrode line 32 which is provided in contraposition to the shared line 31 while being apart therefrom. The vehicle seat is further provided with a step-up unit 52 which is voltage application means for applying a voltage between the shared line 31 which is the electrode line and the counter electrode line 32 and a rectifier unit 53. The vehicle seat is also provided with a heater control unit 51 which functions as current-carrying means for carrying a current to the shared line 31 which functions as the heater line.
