This invention relates to immunotherapeutic methods involving administering immunoregulatory T cells (Tregs) with improved function to a subject. The invention also concerns modified Tregs having improved function and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same. The improved Tregs of the invention have the capacity for increased gut-homing, amongst other improved functions. The methods and compositions of the invention are particularly useful in the treatment of immune-mediated gut disorders.La présente invention concerne des procédés immunothérapeutiques impliquant l'administration de lymphocytes T immunorégulateurs (treg) ayant une fonction améliorée à un sujet.
