PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument excellent in tamperproof effects.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 includes an outer cylinder 2 with a tubular port, a cap 7 installed on the port and opened by being turned around the port axis, and a film 5 that covers the cap 7 installed on the port and the outer cylinder 2 in a lump, and has a breaking part 6 that breaks when the cap 7 is opened.
