The present invention relates to pharmaceutical use of miR33 used to prevent or treat immune diseases caused by abnormal immune response, and particularly to a composition containing miR33 as an active ingredient for preventing and treating immune diseases. The miR33 according to the present invention has an excellent effect of preventing differentiation of a cytotoxic Th 17 cell, which generates and secretes inflammatory cytokine and also has an excellent effect of promoting activity of an immune regulating T cell (Treg) having characteristics of inhibiting a function of abnormally activated immune cell and controlling inflammatory response. Therefore, the miR33 can be advantageously used for a pharmaceutical composition or an immunosuppressant which can prevent or treat immune diseases such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases and transplant rejection disorders which are caused by abnormality of immune response regulation.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 면역반응의 이상으로 유발되는 면역질환을 예방 또는 치료하는데 사용되는 miR33의 약학적 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 miR33을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 miR33은 염증성 사이토카인을 생성 및 분비하는 세포 독성 Th17 세포의 분화를 억제하는 효과가 우수하고, 비정상적으로 활성화된 면역세포의 기능을 억제하고 염증 반응을 제어하는 특성을 갖는 면역 조절 T 세포(Treg)의 활성을 증진시키는 효과가 우수하므로 면역반응의 조절 이상으로 유발되는 자가면역질환, 염증성질환 및 이식거부질환과 같은 면역질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 약학적 조성물 또는 면역 억제제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
