The peeling device comprises: a peeling housing part in which a peeling inlet port for a second processing parent pine nut body formed by processing the second parent pine nut body to be inserted and a peeling outlet port for pine nuts and an inner skin to be discharged are formed, and which provides a separation space where the pine nuts and the inner skin are separated as the second processing parent pine nut body is moved inside； a peeling external force applying unit which is disposed in the separation space to apply external force to the second processing parent pine nut body in the separation space to separate the pine nuts and the inner skin from each other； and a pine nut discharge control unit which is connected to the peeling housing part to adjust the amount of the pine nuts discharged from the peeling outlet port.
