PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-balloon catheter capable of surely and efficiently conducting blood removal, and selectively conducting blood transmission and removal with use of one unit of the two-balloon catheter.SOLUTION: The catheter with a first inflatable balloon 2a and a second inflatable balloon 2b attached to the surface thereof for blocking a blood flow of a patient includes: a blood removal lumen 9 for removing blood from the patient wherein the front end of the catheter is sealed a blood transmission lumen 10 for transmitting the blood to the patient wherein the front end of the catheter is opened two airway lumens 11 for transmitting gas or liquid to each of the first balloon and the second balloon and side holes 7a-7e which are provided only between the first balloon and the second balloon, and introduce the blood into the blood removal lumen from an obstructed part of a blood vessel between the first balloon and the second balloon. The cross-section area of the blood removal lumen is larger than that of the blood transmission lumen. Further, the blood removal lumen and the blood transmission lumen are configured to have a bilayer structure in a concentric fashion so that the blood transmission lumen goes through the blood removal lumen.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】脱血が確実・効率的に行え、1本で選択的に送脱血が行える2バルーンカテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】患者の血流を遮断するための膨張性の第1バルーン2a及び第2バルーン2bが表面に付設されているカテーテルにおいて、患者の血液を脱血するためのカテーテル先端が封止された脱血用ルーメン9と、患者へ血液を送血するためのカテーテル先端が解放されている送血用ルーメン10と、第1バルーンと第2バルーンのそれぞれに気体あるいは液体を送り込む2つの気道ルーメン11と、第1バルーンと第2バルーンとの間にのみ設けられ、第1バルーンと第2バルーンとの間の血管の閉塞部位から血液を脱血ルーメンに取り込むための側孔(7a~7e)を備え、脱血用ルーメンの断面積が送血用ルーメンの断面積よりも大きく、更に、脱血用ルーメンと送血用ルーメンが同心円の2層構造であり、脱血用ルーメンの中を送血用ルーメンが通るものである。【選択図】図1
