In one embodiment of the present invention, a fixationdevice including a sleeve member including an interior andan exterior surface along a length defined between a firstend and a second end, and at least two openings positionedalong the length and extending from the interior and throughthe exterior surface； and a filament including a first freeend and a second free end and a length therebetween, thefilament positioned relative to the sleeve member such thatthe free ends extend from the sleeve member at the first andsecond ends of the sleeve member, the filament beingdisposed inside the interior from the first end to a firstopening, outside the sleeve member from the first opening toa second opening, and inside the interior from the secondopening to the second end of the sleeve member.
