PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound retractor and a specimen bag assembly.SOLUTION: A surgical apparatus includes a wound retractor 100 having a specimen bag 200 attached thereto. The wound retractor includes a proximal ring, a distal ring, and a film extending therebetween. The specimen bag is attached to the distal ring of the wound retractor. Kits include the surgical apparatus and a wound guard 300.
