The feeder is provided with a sensing unit (8) for determining a physical condition such as temperature and/or pressure, of the fluid, where the feeder is provided with another sensing unit (7) for determining a substantial composition e.g. electrical conductivity, of the fluid. The feeder is provided with third sensing unit for determining a flow parameter of the fluid. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning and/or disinfecting a medical-technical device.
