In addition, the antimicrobial peptide analogue has low membrane permeability and low hemolytic activity.본 발명은 전복에서 유래한 항균 펩타이드 유사체 및 이를 포함하는 항균용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균 펩타이드 유사체는 전복의 아가미로부터 유래하는 펩타이드인 hdMolluscidin을 가지고 디자인한 것이며, 아미노산의 수를 절감하여 상용화가 가능하게 디자인 하였다. 또한 절감된 아미노산에 불구하고 항균 활성이 우수한 항균 펩타이드 유사체이다. 뿐만 아니라 상기 항균 펩타이드 유사체는 막 투과성이 낮고, 용혈 활성 또한 낮다.
