PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose fiber nonwoven fabric for a gel mask which can retain a large amount of gel, is high in transparency under a wet condition, and has excellent handleability and a good feeling of wearing (touch).SOLUTION: A cellulose fiber nonwoven fabric for a gel mask has a weight of 10 g/m2 or more and 30 g/m2 or less, a thickness of 0.01 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less, an amount of gel retention of 25 g/g or more and 60 g/g or less, and a gel diffusibility of 1000 mm2 or more and 2000 mm2 or less.
