The present invention relates to a bracket and a needle guide for an ultrasonic probe. The bracket and the needle guide for the ultrasonic probe according to the present invention include: a bracket formed to enclose the ultrasonic probe； at least one projection formed on the inside of the bracket； a needle guide body formed integrally with the bracket on one side of the bracket； a slot formed in the needle guide body so that a needle can be inserted thereinto and rotated therein； a cutout groove vertically formed on the lateral surface of the needle guide body to communicate with the slot； and an outlet through which the needle passing through the slot is drawn out of the needle guide body.
