The present invention relates to a natural turf cultivation frame made of a steel structure. More specifically, the natural turf cultivation frame of the present invention includes: a cutting plate which is slid through a coupling port formed in partition walls of a cultivation main body, to be attached to the bottom portion of the cultivation main body, and has a plurality of through-holes formed in one surface thereof in a state that a cutting blade is formed in an inner circumference of the through-holes; and a plurality of cutting units which are formed to protrude from the top portion of the cutting plate. Therefore, the natural turf cultivation frame according to the present invention reduces work costs by easily removing turf from the cultivation frame and enabling cutting work to be carried out without an existing expensive cutting machine accordingly since the cutting blade of the through-holes and the cutting units cut turf roots and soil by removing the cutting plate from the cultivation main body in a sliding manner when moving turf to a target place to plant the turf. Further, the natural turf cultivation frame according to the present invention can cultivate an ultra large-sized turf having an area of 7 m^2 or more and a thickness of 5 cm or more since the cultivation frame has an area of 7 m^2 or more.
