Disclosed is a method for constructing an animal model of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, comprising anesthetizing a rat and injecting a drug towards the inside of the nucleus into the insular cortex inside the brain by inserting a glass micro-electrode directly connected to a micro-injection device into the insular cortex. A symptom of dyspnea similar to that of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome can be produced by stimulating the insular cortex using the method of the present invention, thus enabling the successful construction of an animal model of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction dun modèle animal du syndrome dapnée obstructive du sommeil, comprenant lanesthésie dun rat et linjection dun médicament vers lintérieur du noyau dans le cortex insulaire à lintérieur du cerveau par insertion dune micro-électrode en verre directement raccordée à un dispositif de micro-injection dans le cortex insulaire. Un symptôme de dyspnée similaire à celui du syndrome dapnée obstructive du sommeil peut être produit par stimulation du cortex insulaire au moyen du procédé de la présente invention, de manière à permettre la construction réussie dun modèle animal du syndrome dapnée obstructive du sommeil.
