The present invention is to provide an ultrasound tip for cortical resection in order to reduce the period of orthodontic treatment for improving the removing efficiency in cortical resection for large-scale tooth movement and, moreover, for supplying cooling fluid effectively to an area where ultrasonic stimulation is given. For this, the present invention is the ultrasound tip comprising a body part stretched between a proximal part mechanically connected to a hand piece for operation generating ultrasonic vibrations, and a distal part made to reproduce the ultrasonic vibrations forwarded by the hand piece, which comprises a sawtooth head where at least more than two rows of sawteeth are formed on the distal part of the body, an exhalant opening discharging the cooling fluid between each row of the sawtooth head, and an inner fluid pipe line installed between the proximal part and the exhalant opening inside the body part.본 발명은 대규모의 치아 이동을 위한 피질골 제거에 있어서 제거 효율을 향상시킴과 더불어, 초음파 자극이 가해지는 부위에 효과적으로 냉각유체를 공급할 수 있도록 한 교정치료 기간단축을 위한 피질골 삭제용 초음파 수술기 팁을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 초음파 진동을 발생하는 수술용 핸드피스와 기계적으로 연결되는 근위부와, 상기 핸드피스에 의해 전달된 초음파 진동을 재생시키도록 되어있는 원위부 사이로 뻗어 있는 몸체를 구비한 초음파 팁으로서,상기 몸체의 원위부에는 적어도 2열 이상의 톱니가 형성된 톱니 헤드가 구비되고, 상기 톱니 헤드의 각 열 사이에는 냉각유체를 배출하는 출수공이 형성되며, 상기 몸체 내부의 근위부와 출수공 사이에는 내부유체관로가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
