The three-dimensional object may be a heart valve. Furthermore, a handling unit is provided arranged to provide a relative movement according to at least 3 degrees of freedom between the 3D mold and each delivery unit. The 3D mold is arranged to be coated by the delivered biocompatible fluid substance, in order to obtain a three-dimensional object having an object surface copying the matrix surface of the support body.La présente invention concerne un appareil qui permet de fabriquer un objet tridimensionnel biocompatible incluant au moins une unité de distribution qui est conçue pour distribuer au minimum une substance fluide biocompatible vers un moule en 3D ayant une surface de matrice afin d'obtenir une couche de revêtement d'une épaisseur prédéfinie et prévue pour recouvrir la surface de matrice. L'objet tridimensionnel peut être une valvule cardiaque. En outre, une unité de manipulation qui est destinée à assurer un mouvement relatif conformément à au moins 3 degrés de liberté entre le moule en 3D et chaque unité de distribution est prévue. Ledit moule en 3D est conçu pour être recouvert par la substance fluide biocompatible distribuée, de manière à obtenir un objet tridimensionnel ayant une surface d'objet qui reproduit la surface de matrice du corps de support.
