PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical liquid container that prevents improper usage of a medical liquid in the medical liquid container by employing a structure different from a conventional one thereby alerting a user.SOLUTION: The medical liquid container 1 includes a hollow container 3 in which medical liquid 2 is held, and a cap 5 joined to the container 3 via a neck 4, so that these parts are formed as a plate-like base 6. The neck 4 is arranged on the base 6 at a position deviated to the right side from the center in the right/left direction. A joint between the neck 4 and the cap 5 is breakable, the joint is connected to the right and left opposite sides of the base 6 with liner thin parts 14 so that the thin part 14 does not reach the right end of the base 6. Therefore, if a tab 15 is pulled in the upward direction from the left side, using, as a fulcrum, the right end of the base 6 at which the thin part is not formed, the tab 15 is cut off along the thin parts 14 and the cap 5 is broken off from the neck 4 to open the container.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来とは異なる構成とすることで、使用者に対して注意を促して誤用が防止できる薬液容器の提供。【解決手段】薬液容器1は、薬液2が収容される中空状の収容部3と、収容部3に首部4を介して連接される蓋部5とを備え、それらが板状のベース6に形成されている。首部4は、ベース6の左右方向中央部から右側へずれた位置に配置されている。首部4と蓋部5との間は、破断可能に連接されており、この連接部とベース6の左右両端辺との間が、ベース6の右端部を残して、線状の薄肉部14で接続されている。従って、摘み部15が、薄肉部14が形成されていないベース6の右端部を支点として、左側から上方へ引き上げられることで、摘み部15が薄肉部14に沿って切り離されると共に、蓋部5が首部4から破断されて開封される。【選択図】図1
