A catheter (12), comprising a body (130) having a lumen therethrough； a primary set of drain pores (132) formed in the body and adapted to allow fluid communication with the lumen； a secondary set of drain pores (134) formed in the body with each drain pore of the secondary set of drain pores (a) comprising a membrane (136) adapted to close the pore, the membrane being constructed and arranged to be ruptured upon application of fluid pressure, MRI or ultrasonic energy to open the secondary set of drain pores, or (b) formed of a deformable metal having a duck-bill slit.
