A panel structure, according to the present invention, that constitutes an agricultural product dryer which dries an agricultural product with hot air of a machine chamber (1) and a drying chamber (2) includes a main body (10) that is integrally bent and has a receiving groove (11) therein； a plane heating means (20) that is fixed onto one side surface of the receiving groove (11) of the main body (10) and receives power supply from the machine chamber(1) and supplies heat to the drying chamber (2) to dry an agro-fishery product； and an insulation plate (30) that foams on the receiving groove (11) of the main body (10), prevents oscillation of the plane heating means (20), and prevents the heat from flowing out. According to the agro-fishery product dryer of the present invention, the agro-fishery product is dried by using the plane heating means, and thus thermal efficiency is improved and costs are saved because the circulated heat can be re-used.본 발명은 기계실(1)과 건조실(2)의 열풍으로부터 농산물을 건조하는 농산물 건조기를 이루기 위한 판넬의 구조에 있어서: 일체로 절곡되어 내부에 수용홈(11)을 구비하는 본체(10)； 상기 본체(10)의 수용홈(11)의 일측면 상에 고정되고, 기계실(1)로부터 전원을 인가받아 건조실(2)로 열기를 공급하여 농수산물을 건조하는 면상발열수단(20)； 및 상기 본체(10)의 수용홈(11) 상에 발포되어 면상발열수단(20)의 유동을 방지하면서 열기가 외부로 유출되지 않게 구비하는 단열판(30)；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 면상발열수단을 이용하여 농수산물을 건조하게 됨으로 열효율을 높아지고, 순환된 열풍을 재차 사용가능하여 비용이 절감되는 농수산물 건조기에 관한 것이다.
