PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus photographing apparatus with wavefront compensation capable of satisfactorily performing image processing about a cell of a fundus, and an ophthalmologic photographing program.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus 1 includes a fundus imaging optical system for imaging a fundus image by receiving reflected light from a fundus in a state where a wavefront compensation device 72 compensates wavefront aberration with a light receiving element, and an image processing part 803 for forming a fundus image on the basis of a light receiving signal from the light receiving element. The photographing apparatus 1 also sets a cell image for forming a retina in the fundus image as a reference area by a control part 800. Further, the control part 800 measures a moving speed of the fundus between respective fundus images by comparing image areas corresponding to the reference area included in the respective fundus images repeatedly formed by the image processing part 803.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
