The implant (1a) has a central back section (11a) formed flatly or curved upwards very slightly from the horizontal plane or angled at preset splaying angle. The central back section wraps around the free lower edge of the septum and the two side sections (12a,13a) provided on either sides of the back section, extending symmetrically with respect to back section and angled upwardly at preset angle, relative to back section, in implanted state. The side sections of back section are arranged against the two diametrically opposed outer surfaces of septum, in the implanted state.
