PURPOSE: A prosthesis for spine is provided to prevent side effects including bone erosion etc. by forming a wing unit on both sides of a body part, and by adjoining the wing unit to a frame part which is firm, instead of a sectional center of spine during a transplantation surgery. CONSTITUTION: A prosthesis for spine comprises: a body part(110) formed with a hollow(111) whose top and bottom are opened, and arranged in a sectional center of spine; and a wing unit(120) equipped on both sides of the body part, and supporting the body part by being adjacent to a frame part which is in a sectional direction of the spine. The prosthesis is transplanted between the spine bones as a replacement of disk. In the body part, the horizontal width of one end of nerve direction in spine is smaller than the horizontal width of the other end. The wing unit is equipped on both bottom ends of the body part. The bottom of the wing unit is inclined more upward becoming closer from the body part to the outside. The wing unit is protruded 3mm outward from the body part. The bottom of the wing unit is inclined 20 degrees upward from the bottom of the body part.본 발명은 몸체부의 양측에 날개부를 형성함으로써, 이식 수술시 상기 날개부가 척추의 단면방향 중심부가 아닌 단단한 테두리부에 접하여 골 침식 등의 부작용을 방지할 수 있는 척추용 인공 삽입물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.본 고안의 척추용 인공 삽입물은, 수술시 디스크를 대체하여 척추(20) 사이에 이식되며, 척추(20)의 단면방향 중심부(21)에 배치되고, 상하 개방된 중공부(111)가 형성된 몸체부(110); 상기 몸체부(110)의 양측에 구비되며, 척추(20)의 단면방향 테두리부(22)와 접하여 상기 몸체부(110)를 지지하는 날개부(120); 를 포함한다.
