PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial agent composition which has high antimicrobial activity against a pathogen for acne vulgaris such as an acne bacteria and a pathogen for dental caries such as a mutans bacteria, which is non-irritant and excellent in safety, further which is low-cost and economical, and which is useful as an active ingredient to be added to a skin external preparation, a cosmetic composition, or a composition for an oral cavity as an anti-acne agent or an anti-dental caries agent.SOLUTION: An antimicrobial agent composition for one or more selected from a group consisting of a pathogen for acne vulgaris and a pathogen for dental caries is formed by being made to contain an Allium cepa outer skin extract obtained from outer skin of a large amount of Allium cepa disposed of in a food industry.
