The present invention relates to attachment means for coupling a bail cutter to a prime mover, and to a bail cutter comprising a cutter for cutting a bail comprising the feed. The apparatus comprises cutting means capable of supporting the bail against the stop member and cutting the bail such that the feed is discharged from the bail and any bail wrappers are held by the apparatus.
