PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a need for a compound which can effectively infiltrate into a nail, a need for a compound which can effectively treat infection of the nail and/or nail periphery in technical fields, thereby dealing with these needs and other needs.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a useful compound for treating fungal infections, more concretely, a local treatment of onycomycosis and/or fungal infection of skin. This invention provides a compound having activity to fungus. When the compound is disposed in contact with a patient, the compound is characteristically enabled to reach specific parts of fungally infected skin, nail, hair, hook nail or hoof. Especially this compound has a physiochemical characteristic to facilitate infiltration into a nail plate.【課題】爪に有効に浸透できる化合物に対する必要性がある。また技術分野において、有効に爪および／または爪周囲感染症を治療できる化合物に対する必要性もある。本発明により、これらのおよびその他の必性に対処する。【解決手段】本発明は、真菌感染症を治療するのに有用な化合物、より具体的には爪甲真菌症および／または皮膚の真菌感染症の局所治療に関する。本発明は、真菌に対して活性があり、患者と接して配置されると、真菌感染した皮膚、爪、髪、鉤爪または蹄の特定の部分に化合物が到達するのを可能にする特性を有する、化合物に関する。特に本化合物は、爪板への浸透を容易にする生理化学特性を有する。【選択図】図９
