PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a MTI (Moving Target Indicator) filter in a color flow imaging.SOLUTION: Ultrasonic diagnostic equipment for driving plural oscillators which are arranged in a row on an ultrasonic probe, executing transmission and reception of an ultrasonic wave to/from a subject and calculating blood flow information, is configured to transmit a detection wave to a region of interest several times, create a reception signal row on the basis of a reflection ultrasonic wave with respect to each of detection waves, perform orthogonal detection of the reception signal row to create a complex signal row, specify a filter source area out of the areas of interest and form a filter by performing matrix operation using the complex signal row in time series related to plural observation points included in the filter source area, perform filter processing with respect to the complex signal row, and then perform processing for detecting a blood flow velocity at each observation point on the basis of a time change of a phase of the complex signal row after the filter processing. In the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, an amount of pieces of the blood flow information included in the filter source area is less than an amount of pieces of blood flow information included in the area of interest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】カラーフローイメージングにおいて、MTIフィルタの性能を向上させる。【解決手段】超音波プローブに列設された複数の振動子を駆動して被検体に対する超音波送受信を実行して血流情報を算出する超音波診断装置において、関心領域に対して検出波を複数回送信し、検出波のそれぞれに対する反射超音波に基づいて受信信号列を生成し、受信信号列を直交検波して複素信号列を生成し、関心領域のうちフィルタ元領域を特定し、フィルタ元領域に含まれる複数の観測点に係る時系列の複素信号列を用いて行列演算を行うことでフィルタを形成し、複素信号列に対してフィルタ処理を行い、フィルタ処理後の複素信号列の位相の時間変化に基づいて前記観測点それぞれの速度を検出する処理を行い、フィルタ元領域に含まれる血流情報は、関心領域に含まれる血流情報より少ない。【選択図】図5
