The present invention relates to a compost agitation apparatus to increase quality of produced compost. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the compost agitation apparatus comprises: an agitation unit pulverizing compost bundles, in which compost are aggregated, and agitating compost pulverized from the compost bundle； a traveling unit disposed on the lower part of the agitation unit to be traveled in a front/rear direction of the agitation unit on the ground and rotated in a left/right direction of the agitation unit； first and second driving units disposed in the agitation unit and the traveling unit, respectively, to supply power to the agitation unit and the traveling unit, respectively； and a control unit controlling the traveling direction of the traveling unit.
