To provide an absorbent pad that is easily detached while a wearer wears underwear.SOLUTION: An absorbent pad 31 includes a water absorbent sheet 11, a protective sheet 13 and a bag part 32. The water absorbent sheet 11 is provided at one side in a predetermined direction, and absorbs liquid. The protective sheet 13 is provided at the other side in the predetermined direction, and prevents liquid leakage. The bag part 32 is provided at the protective sheet 13, and a hand can be inserted thereinto. By taking the above-mentioned configuration, wearers attach and detach the absorbent pad 31 to and from the underwear while inserting the hand into the bag part 32, when the absorbent pad 31 is attached and detached to and from the underwear.
