An interactive pillow is provided and includes a pillow body, a sensor module and a controller module. The pillow body includes a pillow core and a pillowcase. The sensor module is located between the pillow core and the pillowcase. A parameter value of the sensor module varies with an external conductive object being in contact with the sensor module. The controller module is connected to the sensor module and configured to obtain the parameter value and determines a touch event based on the change in the parameter value.本創作公開一種互動枕頭，包含枕頭本體、感測模組以及控制模組。枕頭本體包含枕心以及枕套。感測模組位於枕心以及枕套之間。感測模組受外部導電物件接觸時產生一參數值變化。控制模組連接感測模組，配置以取得參數值，並依據參數值變化判斷觸控事件。
