A dosage form comprising a first portion, a second portion and an active ingredient, said first portion of said dosage form a first substance pH adjustment, said second portion of said dosage form comprising a second adjusting substance pH, wherein said second portion (a) is dispersed in a matrix material and controlled release said first portion of said dosage form includes an active ingredient; or (b) comprises said second pH-adjusting substance surrounded by a coating surrounding said first pH adjusting substance said coating in said dosage form and said active substance in said coating surrounding said dosage form; or (c) comprises said second pH-adjusting substance surrounded by a membrane surrounding said first pH adjusting substance said membrane in said dosage form and said active principle surrounds said membrane in said dosage form; for use in a method of administration of said active ingredient to a mammal by transmucosal, said process comprising: a. releasing said active ingredient in a desired body site of said mammal; and, sequentially, at said desired site; i. adjusting a localized environment of said active ingredient to promote dissolution of said active ingredient, said step of adjusting said localized environment to promote this dissolution release of said first portion of said dosage form, environment whereby said active ingredient attains a first state of dissociation that promotes dissolution; ii. adjusting said localized environment to promote absorption of said active ingredient, said step of adjusting said localized environment to promote such absorption releasing said second portion of said dosage form, whereby said active ingredient attains a second state of dissociation that promotes absorption.Una forma de dosificación que comprende una primera porción, una segunda porción y un principio activo, incluyendo dicha primera porción de dicha forma de dosificación una primera sustancia de ajuste del pH, comprendiendo dicha segunda porción de d
