The present invention relates to a an Immunoglobulin Y (IgY)/thiolated methacrylate polymer complex and a method for preparing the same, a drug delivery system comprising the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating livestock diarrhea comprising the same. The complex according to the present invention is made by combining Igy and thiolated methacrylate polymer. In case that the complex is used as a drug delivery system, the complex is stabilized without being decomposed in a stomach, and intestinal mucosa adhesive properties can be improved, thereby improving efficiency as a medicine for animals.
