The present invention relates to an attachable sheet-type cosmetic rubber mask, which is formed by comprising a gelled polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, a functional additive, an auxiliary gelling agent, and water. A production method of the attachable sheet-type cosmetic rubber mask comprises the following steps: (a) a gelled polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, a functional additive, an auxiliary gelling agent, and water are heated, stirred, and mixed to prepare a liquid rubber product； (b) the produced liquid rubber product is transported to a film to be formed into a sheet having a predetermined thickness, and then cooled； (c) the cooled sheet-type rubber product is molded into a particular shape； and (d) the molded sheet-type rubber mask is vacuum-packed.
