On one or more bands (3) and to the rear of the trunk (4), so as to affect the back (7) of the user (5), there is a first wing (6a) provided with at least one coupling point (17) for a first end (18) of at least one elastically deformable means (19) that passes on the shoulder (8) of the user (5). The elastically deformable means (19) has a second end (23) that can be associated with the equipment (2) and is provided internally with a cable (26) that is associated stably with the first and second ends (18, 23).
