PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate parameter adjustment of an operation pattern at operation and operation adjustment of an accelerator, and to appropriately control the accelerator.SOLUTION: A high-frequency control device comprises: a storage part 31 storing pattern data of a high-frequency signal for driving an acceleration cavity 62 in a format of data defining a primary function to time, for each of a plurality of control time periods a control data generation part 33 generating control data on the basis of the pattern data and a controller (30, 50, and 51) successively controlling the acceleration cavity 62 on the basis of the control data.
