PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism insertion device and a puncture method which can reliably apply a surgical treatment to a biological tissue positioned between a urethral lumen and a vaginal cavity.SOLUTION: An insertion tool 6 comprises: a urethra insertion member 4 with a long length to be inserted to a urethra 1300 a vagina insertion member 5 with a long length to be inserted to a vagina 1400 and a supporting part 60 which interconnects the urethra insertion member 4 and the vagina insertion member 5 to be capable of approaching and separating from each other.
