PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which allows simple and preferable image-capturing of the anterior eye part of a subjects eye and allows obtaining a clearly visible anterior eye image.SOLUTION: When image-capturing conditions are adjusted (S203 and S204) during observation of an anterior eye part of a subjects eye before image-capturing, the anterior eye part of the subjects eye is illuminated with white light being image-capturing light (S202).
