Pressure regulator connected to the circuit is connected to the second output of the tee, the regulator output is connected to the reservoir via a spout. Electrically controlled valve is connected to a voltage pulse generator with the ability to adjust the pulse repetition rate. Heater of the working solution is made in the form of a flexible plate and is fixed on the outer surface of the bottom of the container.
