A method and system for classifying tissue in microscopic endoscopic images is disclosed. Extract the local feature descriptor from the microscopic endoscopy examination image. Each of the local feature descriptors is encoded using the learned identification dictionary. The learned identification dictionary contains a class-specific auxiliary dictionary and penalizes the correlation between the basis of the auxiliary dictionary associated with each different class. Based on the encoded local feature descriptor coded using the learned identification dictionary, the organization in the microscopic endoscopic image is classified using the machine learning based trained classifier.顕微内視鏡検査画像中の組織を分類する方法およびシステムが開示される。顕微内視鏡検査画像から局所特徴記述子を抽出する。学習済み識別辞書を用いて局所特徴記述子各々を符号化する。学習済み識別辞書はクラス固有の補助辞書を含み、それぞれ異なるクラスに対応づけられた補助辞書の基底間の相関にペナルティを科す。学習済み識別辞書を用いて符号化された符号化局所特徴記述子に基づき、機械学習ベースのトレーニング済み分類器を用いて、顕微内視鏡検査画像中の組織を分類する。
