A colloidal facial mask with local carrier and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The colloidal facial mask comprises a colloidal layer and a carrier layer. The colloidal layer is formed by a superabsorbent colloidal film material, such as seaweed gel, polymer gel and biological fiber, for containing a liquid agent such as cosmetic liquid agent, and includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first surface is utilized to attach on a users face for allowing the liquid agent contained therein to contact the users face skin. The carrier layer is connectively attached on at least one local portion of the second surface of the colloidal layer, such as fragile portions including eye portion, nose portion or mouth portion, for reinforcing the mechanical strength of the local portion, but a partial region of the second surface of the colloidal layer is not covered by the carrier layer, thereby reducing the material cost of the carrier layer. The carrier layer is formed of knitted fabric, such as lace cloth, spinning cloth, dobby cloth or nonwoven cloth, for allowing the carrier to have a predetermined pattern or mark in accordance with the requirement.
