The kit comprises an adhesive sweat absorption device comprising: a sweat absorption patch for absorbing sweat of a subject a detector layer for generating electronic signals according to the sugar level of sweat absorbed by the sweat absorption patch a signal amplifier for amplifying electronic signals generated by the detector layer a wireless transmitter for sending amplified electronic signals generated by the signal amplifier to a remote signal receiver, in order to calculate blood sugar level and a power supply device for supplying electric power required for operation of detector layer.
