PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for constructing an image corresponding to a specific body motion state.SOLUTION: An X-ray generator 10 and an X-ray detector 12 revolve around a subject 40 a plurality of times to CT (computed tomography) scan the subject 40. A sinogram forming section 14 forms a sinogram for every CT scanning, namely, for every rotation. A sinogram processing section 18 selectively extracts and collects data portions corresponding to a specific body motion state included in periodical body motions of the subject 40 from the sinograms obtained by a plurality of CT scanning operations to form a sinogram corresponding to the body motion state. An image forming section 20 forms image data corresponding to the body motion state based on the sinograms corresponding to the specific body motion state.
